Granted it is all based around Nutrex products but...

8:00 am  30 min on Treadmill   

8:30 am  1 cup Oatmeal (Cooked) 
  10 Egg Whites (Lg.) 
   1 serv Protein Powder
  2 liqui-caps of Vitrix by Nutrex Research

11:00 am Lean Mass Matrix by Prolab

1:30 pm 6oz. Chicken Breast (Boneless/skinless)
  1 cup Brown Rice (Cooked)
  2 liqui-caps of Vitrix

4:00 pm Lean Mass Matrix

7:00 pm Vitargo-CGL

7:30 pm 6oz. Flounder Broiled
  6oz. Baked Potato  42.5 4 0
  2 liqui-caps of Vitrix


10:00 pm  2 serv. Protein Powder
(Blend preferred-no recommendations)
Totals Calories = 2,645

There are several nutritional and diet guru's who swear to never to cardio in the morning on an empty stomach

there's also several who swear to always do it.....to each their own, i guess.

Sounds like a sure fire way to get constipated.  Those 'supplements' had better be packed with all the nutrients missing from the lack of greens and other colorful stuff.
