depends on the amount of work i have and whether i have enough time to eat
e.g. on Saturdays i work from 9 to 5 with no time to eat, so i drink about 4 strong coffees in that time to suppress my apetite
usually about 2 large strong coffees
+ a shitload of energy drinks, but they don't really have any effect on me, i just drink them out of habit + for the taste
