I posted here about 2 weeks back on my experience with gakic. I received my free sample and gave it a try. I got results !!! See my post on it.
My results were very measurable because I have 5 sets on my chest routine that I completely max out on (max out meaning doing as many reps by myself until failure)
The Gakic workout was the only workout in the last 2 months or so that I went up a rep or two or else 5 lbs. in weight in all 5 of my max out sets !!!
I said I would post my next chest workout to see how my lifts would go, so here it is :
1st set : went up 10 lbs !!! (This one really surprised me)
2nd set: stayed the same as last workout
3rd set : same as last workout
4th set: same as last workout
5th set : went up one rep
Now heres the thing : This workout was 13 days after my gakic chest workout (thats right, 13 days between chest workouts), and I did not use gakic for this workout either.
I at least kept my gains from my gakic workout, plus went up a little too.
Call it the placebo effect, whatever, the bottom line is , I got results !!!
Sometime in the future I will try it for a month straight and see if I can make continual gains each and every workout-------that will be the true test. For the time being, however, I seem to have gotten past some sticking points.
Unless you are truly maxing out on a number of sets each workout, than I cannot see how anyone can honestly guage if gakic is working for them.
Well, just my 2 cents.
