gotta serve my army duty in a month or so.

I guess theres a lot of running, pushups and shit food involved. I wonder if I can manage to maintain what I got, physique wise.. I'll come back either skinny and ripped or skinny-fat. Thats my guess. Lol

Be "Safe" I have seen people loose weight, and those few who gain weight. Too much consumption of those

In French army the most important skills which they teach to you, is waving the white flag and retreat by running and screaming..

Bullshit talk, "La Legion" (Legion Etrengere) is a military service wing of the French army , can you name & date any running/screaming.
