geared up= look great, no matter how you attain it. crossfit is just as "useless" as BBing in the real world, unless there really is a Zombie apocalypse

I have been a lifetime natural, and my best shape ever was at 6'1" 190 and about 6%. This was me watching EVERYTHING like a hawk (total calories, macros, etc.)
I was deadlifting in the mid 400's for a Mentzer Heavy Duty style set of 6.
A friend and later training partner who had what many would think were terrible genetics, who hated training legs, started to use. He went well past me in fairly short order. With a terrible diet, drinking a good bit.
However, like Soul Crusher has pointed out, he stopped training in a couple of years and looks like poop. He simply doesn't know how to, or doesn't care to, train without the use of AAS.
