When I stopped competing in the mid 90's , bodybuilding stopped being covered on ESPN .
When I switched from Hydroxycut to 1MR by BPI, Jay quit Muscletech and went with BPI.
As Howard goes, so goes bodybuilding. End of story.

Yeah I heard Howard has some good health insurance plus he got a pretty solid refinance rate and lives a fairly comfortable existence overall.

Howard in that awkward phase each may 1st when seniors are wrapping up Final exams and he's bored for the next 12 weeks. it's an annual thing for him.

Also notable are the spring break "I think I'm going to compete again" and Christmas vacation "I think we need better drug testing in BBing" gems.

We just need some new pics we haven't seen about howard in a cave or riding a duck that we've only seen 17,500 times.

Loves a good fart joke from time to time...

Probably wishes he was more of an inspiration/hero to his students but they think "he's just okay"

I'm not sure another person who exemplified the "average Middle Aged White Guy" more has ever walked this earth.

Yes he's quite the 5 & 7/8ths inch kind of guy.

Congress is currently trying to pass a bill that would change the phrase "Average Joe" to "Average Howard" as Joe is becoming too cool and hip of a name nowadays.

Howard update: I shot a copperhead snake yesterday that was in a ditch behind the back deck. I used a 38 pistol and only wounded it the first 5 shots, shooting from the deck 20 ft away. It was trying to gimp, wounded, under a rock, so I quickly reloaded ,ran back within 3 feet and unloaded the pistol into it. My wife swooned and I got laid. True story. Happy 4th you douchebags.
