No I actually did make one minor change....

Eliminated one of the two ice cream cones and replaced it with 1 scoop of protein.  So it looks like this now:

Meal 1   

4 Whole Extra Large eggs
Glucosamine
Multivitamins
3 g Aspartic acid mixed with Crystal light
   
Meal 2   

1 Footlong Grilled Chicken sub on whole wheat bread with lettuce, tomatoes, and 1 pack of ketchup


Meal 3

1 Footlong Grilled Chicken sub on whole wheat bread with lettuce, tomatoes, and 1 pack of ketchup
   
1 scoop Gaspari Myofusion Probiotic protein (Cinnamon Roll Flavor)   
   
Intra-WO   

4 Tea-Spoons CORE ABC (Mix of BCAA's, Citruline Malate, and Beta-Alanine)
5 g creatine
   
Meal 4 (PWO)   

2 scoops Gaspari Myofusion Probiotic protein (Cinnamon Roll Flavor)
1 20 oz bottle of gatorade performs
5 g creatine
   

Meal 5

1 Grilled Chicken breast
1/2 bag of Broccolli (About 2 cups)
1 cone Skinny Cow low fat ice cream


Macros come out to about:

227 g Protein
294 g Carbs
50 g Fat

2534 Calories

Bro, Gaspari underdoses their protein. There was a big stink about it. I haven't purchased a tub of Myofusion in years but it was relatively tasty stuff when I did use it. I just have a tub of free protein I use to thicken up smoothies. Forget that noise, man. All those powders are shit, so buy the tastiest and cheapest one if you're going to keep buying it.

Are you still in med school too? If so, how's that going?

Ach, you seem to have a sweet tooth, this is what I do for a little "treat"

I buy the Jello Pudding sugar free fat free, mix in two scoops of vanilla whey into the powder then add the fat free milk like the directions, blend real well and split into little cups and refrigerate.  Great way to get your protein and get past the craving for sweets.

I think for you it's in your blood.  Egyptians, Indians, Middle Easterns are brought up eating a shitload of sugary sweets.  Indians per capita consume more sugar than anyone else in the world.

Like I said, two scoops of whey is the key.  Any more and it doesn't setup well.  I tinkered with this for ages.  Even add some fat free whipping cream for an extra treat.
I have an immersion blender and it mixes it real well, it is funny but it will mix thin for about a minute and then in a blink of an eye it thickens up like pea soup.  Then you know it is ready to put in the fridge and set.

Yeah, also I heard some people didn't like the brown rice protein in the probiotic line, which is why they released the Elite line... But I absolutely love the taste of the cinnamon roll so I still buy it!

I was never in med school, I'm doing a Doctorate (PhD) in Industrial Engineering.  Its going very well, keeps me busy, but I'm hoping to be done and graduate this December.... Just need a big push on the research this summer.  If for any reason I have to go over, it'd just be one more semester next Spring, but I've been going at it since 2010, so its about time!

LOL - being an Md (Medical doctor) was definitely not something for me, its a serious commitment though, and best of luck to you if you decide to go for it.  I've always studied and worked in the Engineering field.

Blah - you don't want to live in Dubai, India... too superficial... but I think Ron should plan a fun GETBIG vacation there, we can all stay in the same hotel... Go to the gym together, hit the clubs and brag about what watches we own, who did what behind the ice machine, etc!  Would be mad fun!  ;D
