Can you imagine how excruciating embarrassing it would be to have cswol yelling out "yo my ni66a, les get our buff on fool!" When you walked in the door of the gym?

Almost as embarrassing as this alleged bench press video were about to be served.

you have to BSWOL to CSWOL................... anything over 50 will be good even if its only 51 or 50, i rested a bit didnt train as hard toward end of the week so i know i have 51 in me off top!

of course, 55 is the mark, 50 is a must and 45 still saves face, 40 is not good though

not sure if you were referring to what I wrote above saying 40 is not good, but I was referring to it not being good for his claim of 55. Forty is dam good otherwise.
