its been a rocky 4 days or so didnt sleep good untill last night
i wonder if the previous night of sleeping bad allowed me to sleep really good last night
should that be what we strive for? strive for a bads nights rest to be certain the next nights rest will be splended?
many practices to consider
however i feel im eating much less food but the right stuff at night, like a little avacado dip with some chips and thats it
or one morningstar veggie chicken pattie with spinach and thats it
i dont eat much from 5 till bedtime 10-12
i wonder if we lose the benefit of some veggies if we are stimulating ourselves with theobromine /chocolate or coffee/caffiene
who really knows , its possible, i have read from eastern medicine literature that caffiene and chocolate is really bad for your liver, not bad in the since that alcohol is for it but a different kind of bad yet to be fully explained
