The guns pointed at the obvious residents is way over the line, IMO.I guess you point your rifle at old ladies so that you can't be faulted for pointing your gun at muslim-looking guys.still looks fucking crazy.
On this page I found one instance where a gun was pointed at a resident. In that case, the resident was as we now know, taking a picture likely with his cell phone. From where the officer was, it was prudent on his part to look through the scope at the potential threat. Obviously they believed the suspect may be in one of those houses.
See reply #10 for a couple of instances. That's close enough even if not a dead aim. Why have the gun trained on residents? bullshit......

Apparently not. There are things I know little about, I rarely chime in on those because I usually end up looking like an idiot. Police tactics and policing I know a lot about so I have comments to ad to the discussion.
