My morning values are around 105/65, with occasional dips into 95/60. Shoots up like a mofo during and after working out, though.

Mine usually go up to 135/95 right after training (5 minutes after), dropping to 120/80 after about an hour.

and I bet they either don't get their bp checked, or they say, "My doctor says I'm 'healthy'"

Truth be told: some docs are truly like that. I asked my GP three years ago if I needed to lose weight. Had blood tests done, he checked my blood pressure and heart rate, and literally said "Nah, no need to lose weight".

Consider that I'm 5'10.5", and was a fat 285 at the time...

That's really low ~ not dangerously low, but it can cause problems.  Do you get lightheaded or dizzy getting up from a lower position?

even when on ECA, I was always only on the upper end of that safe range.  Of course, kids are probably worse for BP than ECA.

Post workout, that's not bad bro. Your systole (first value) is probably 10-20mm less upon waking up, putting you right in the expected range.  I check mine weekly. Mine will elevate 20mm from pre workout stimulants and a heavy squat or deadlift day.  Good on you for being aware of this and protecting those kidneys.

Question: do you control estrogen while on (a supplement) cycle?

In the past few years mine has fluctuated from 130/40 to 150/60.

When i was 250 pounds and using a ton of AAS, it went as high as 180/70.

I know I can google it but from a lifter perspective, how can you tell if you have high BP? or it needs to be checked with one ot these?

Yes, for the love of god, get a trained professional to check you using a sphygmomanometer. Seriously bro, not something to fuck around with. There are tell tale signs such as red face or some guys get headachey a lot, but there's guys with 180/130 who LOOK healthy as could be. IMO this is part of being responsible with gear....get your vitals and blood work done regularly.
