From my past experience I can also predict that Cedric will most likely be fined $5,000 by the IFBB home office for missing this meeting, and hence then show.

This is bull.   What do they have against Cedric?    So he missed the meeting?  Was there a reason for it?  Was he not feeling well?  Did he lose his way around Rio?  Was his flight delayed, or did he oversleep?  Was he disrespecting the judges or the IFBB?

So you disqualify an athlete after he travels thousands of miles because he missed a meeting.  

So the first annual Arnold Classic Brazil competition will be remembered as the one that Cedric was disqualified at instead of working something out.  Is that what you want people to remember this as?

Now, what happens when an athlete misses a meeting back in the US?  Disqualify him or her?  

This is a very dangerous game to play.

If this was Phil Heath, or Kai Greene, or Jay Cutler, this wouldn't be happening.  But lowly Cedric, who just won the FIBO POWER. he isn't good enough to get a pass.  So he was 30 minutes late, his cell phone wasn't working in Rio, and know, he has to apologize to compete?

He already apologized quite a few times for being late and being off whack in his timing.  This isn't a bodybuilder who disrespects others.

Stop making this an issue and let the #1 bodybuilder right now compete.

Don't speak unless u know the details. Cediric didn't miss the meeting in Rio, that was Ed Nunn and he had no punishment. Cedric was late for the Arnold Brazil.
