Depends on your goal, outside sweep narrow stance, inner thigh wide about a 8 inch stance will work both.

The reason I'm saying this, is because there are still many HIT fundamentalists. I'm not saying that you're one of them, but you keep referring to Jones/Mentzer/Darden, as if you're living in the past. HIT has its strong points, but is far from perfect.

At your age you can only add those 20 pounds of muscle(!) with a good cycle. Since you're almost as tall as me (I'm 6'0), you need to be 200-220 to look like a bodybuilder.
