Tesla promoted their product and had media coverage.  I've never heard of that other what was it, frisca? This is the first I've even heard of them.  You can't sell a car without selling the car lol...  Tesla was at least smart enough to get their cars into the hands of people who could talk about it over the airwaves. Sounds like these other guys didn't have a plan worth the government giving money toward and that's not good.
