And what is wrong with Groinks arrest pic. It is public info for anyone to see. It's not like it was hacked or anything.

No. I did not introduce anything of that nature onto the forum. I offered him a fair fight, flight expense and even made it very convenient by having my lawyer serve as the mediator for any legal documentation.

Other members outed his real name, address, pictures, videos and other information.

What is wrong with Groink's arrest picture? The fact that it's his personal business and not something that he wants posted here. Plain and simple..

He has the right to privacy. If he chooses to tell you his name that's one thing, but to use that to go around and dig up his personal arrest history, come on man, cut it out...

One, relax. I am not enabling anything. I was just being honest. I thought the very same thing. You are one of my favorite posters ever. I openly started threads requesting to make you a mod. Your thread vs. Smm is one of the best of all time. However, there were lots of liberties taken in that thread. Many of which would cause a current thread to be deleted.

All I am trying to say, is that if personal information is posted of anyone from now on (of Lulu, PJ Braun, Palumbo, Avesher, Alex23 etc), then it needs to be deleted.

No favorites need to be played.

If anyone's personal information is posted, simply send me a PRIVATE MESSAGE immediately and I will gladly delete it.

Yes, I have particular members on this forum that I hold much admiration for (Yaroni, Chaos and Che being particularly dear to my heart), but that doesn't mean that my assistance is extended to only those.

For instance, when people started with Steve Arce (a guy who can kick just about anyone's ass on this forum), I moved in quick and made things right. When people from other forums start trouble, I quickly swoop on in and do my best to keep all parties civilized. Even now I am helping out various members involved in serious problems.

He is my friend. I don't think I need to provide too much of an explanation regarding that.

Besides that, Chaos has been around these forums for a long time and is on the inside of things. I respect him as both a friend and fellow moderator. Ultimately, his word is as good as gold around these parts.

Oh and he also has a rather large penis, if that counts for anything...  :o
