he said that jones was bigger and stronger than him and that jones is a far better fighter than him it was a classy move by chael for sure
yep, also:
- had he won due to jones' fracture, it wouldn't have meant anything to him. he goes into the fight wanting to "see who's the better fighter" and he found out to his satisfaction.
- probably his last fight -- "i'm not the sort of guy to just hang around. if there's not a road to the title, this sport's not for me. i think this was probably my last chance."
it shows all the antics are just surface-level. underneath, the guy is a true badass.
