Perceived energy - i.e. a lasting endorphin rush caused by great workout

Or actual high energy levels.....?

Conditioning circuit?

how would a "condidtioning circuit" give me the most energy, doesnt make sense.

I want energy to do the conditioning circuit not vice versa

Conditioning circuits would enhance your body's ability to efficiently process oxygen.  Would that not give you more energy?

In an ideal world where cost isn't an issue, i'd say intense circuit training with supplementation of pure oxygen when you're not training.

1 on, 2 off

squats, shoulders, dips, chins.

As soon as you reach 12-15 reps add weight - only in really small increments even if you feel going heavier.
Saves the joints and you blow up somewhat.

I don't promote steroids I don't take them, however am guilty of ingesting Heme-Iron and Texas Pete on chicken. For long term energy for painting and mowing fats are a key long chain energy source maybe some Cheese or Peanuts are in order.

Does this method guarantee shredded glutes?
Probably vaginal insertions with weighted boots will do the trick.

I think 100g of fat per day is needed too for optimal strength and energy.  I get the highest workout performance from a few days of eating rice, potato, beans and yougert, vegetables and fruitjuice etc.
