today i was sleepy during painting because the night before i ate so much beans and rice with hotsauce and cajun potatoes. i was having some weird dreams one of them was that I or everyone else discoverd barack obama had a rock band in his college years and all of his song recordings were discoverd
also the other dream was i was going really fast towards a basketball court with some young people and i think i shot or i was miss dribbiling or missed a pass and the balll goes flying off a huge fukcing cliff and i chase down after it , i was on huge long ladders to get down quck onto seemed like a beach front dormatory type deal
both acceptable non scary dreams
no back to how i activated my adrenals
well today i was like saying to myself "only puzsies need naps when there tired" so i kept pressing on (no caffiene or stimulants") just pure ballsy effort to make it through the day, the latter part of the day kinda euphoria kicks in some because a good song came wich was this one really smooth ass song and upbeat
then i start drinking water like a madman then proceed to do 20 jumping pushups almost like clap pushups. then start feeling really greatful and happy then i have a peice of cheese but no need to sit down for a lunch break i keep going and do 20 more pushups and hour later in between painting
now at home im doing dumbell rows with 135 pounds so far ive got 30 reps per arm
the only way a natural can tap into his adrenals, as far as im concerned, without stimulants is to be behined a little bit on sleep
some call it the fight or flight, but in my terms its the fight or
sleep when your body is tad bit sleep deprived but you keep pushing it till the point of euphoria your body thinks its in a war or battle so it realeases more of the good shit from your brain that gives you power and you are actually stronger too and even more stamina
theres no crashing because you didnt false flag stimulate with caffiene
when little sleep deprived your body is realeasing a ton more insulin without negative insulin releasing effects that caffiene does.
eventually your body gets used to caffiend and before you know it you need to drink a whole pot to get a decent effect, and then it becomes a morning ritual wich has no real benefit other than appetite suppresing and warding off a headache or helping you shit.
when slightly sleep deprived the more you resist the desire for a nap=pan (pan is the devil's name in eastern mythology/religion) the more your body helps you push even harder especially when you feed it right
this morning i had beans and rice with texas pete , i ate a ton cause i was sleep deprived so during the day i could tell i didnt need to eat much because every now and then i had a little acid bubble up or roll up my esophagus ever so slightly reminding me i had had enough food this is when i drank water like a mad man
two things buffer acid, thats water, and activity ( baking soda does too but sometimes u just dont feel like taking everything and the kitchen sink to work)
all in all a great fuckin day
