say you have a day off and can train for hours

can you do several workouts from your split after eachother?

with roids you dont really over train right?

Usually, when i'm busy with life, i tend to neglect touching myself.

So when i finally get the time, i stroke n choke several times in a row till i temporarily lose sight and start quivering at the knees.

yes i some times do 2 workouts after each other when i miss one but sure i decrease the intensity and volume.. for example i normally do deadlifts on my back day but if i have to do this i will not do them..

If there's gas in the tank use it all up and do as much as you can. There will be days the gas is low and you'll get less. If I'm feeling good ill lift till I can't
