I believe a european queen around the 1200-1500's had dictated women's waists to be 15 inches. Of course humans were a lot smaller back then.

no, what I was saying is that there have been stats similar to this for about 12 yrs, that if you scaled Barbie up, she'd be about 5'10, D or E cups, and a insane small waist. Long ass legs.
