Why does Michael Lockett have a different look to the typical pro bodybuilder?

A few points:
- in every photo on the net has competition ready body fat levels
- no bloat or wateryness in any photo
- no roid/gh gut in any photo
- deep deep cuts and separation
- all muscle groups hypertrophied including calves, jaw muscles and forearms all the way to the wrist (one leg weaker than other maybe nerve damage)
- weird skin and lines on the abs, back of neck, back of heels indicating some sort of genetic condition

I honest to god think this guy I work with, who is white, has some sort of mysotatin deficiency running in his family. His whole family looks like juiced up lifters and only he and his brother train. He trains like a high school football player and doesn't care what he eats. Yet, he has some of the craziest insertions and muscle pops I've ever seen in person. Strong as a retard on meth to boot. I've watched him do 275x10 for three sets of cleans and made it look like it was a warm up. After that he does bench, same weight/reps/sets. This is with a chest tear from a year ago that he never saw a doctor about. Dude never does consistent deads and has done a 500lb pull. Oh, he is 5'10, guessing 215-220. If I could get the guy to get on a real diet and train, at a minimum, in a generic bodybuilding style I'm pretty positive he would look similar to Locket.
