I haven't seen the video, but it looks like she is handcuffed, so that kinda plays in. I got a resisting charge for headbutting a car when I was getting arrested. If you turn the wrong way it's resisting. Is there a video of this?
People have made a real big deal about this because it was a white woman. But she wasn't injured and he prevented further assaults. Had he done nothing, this woman would have simply escalated the situation and initiated more physical contact increasing the danger to others and to herself. If more cops were like this, I wouldn't have a problem with them, sadly they often initiate the attack and use excessive force. People have said why didn't he simply step back, because he doesn't fucking have to, he is the authority, not the one being arrested. It's about teaching other people to respect authority, you don't give in to their demands, you have to assert your dominance.
Don't want a policeman kicking you in the head, well keep your hands and feet to yourself, I get tired of pathetic liberal weak people demanding they have the right to assault others with impunity. These are the type of people that want to see a lion shot who attacked a man who climbed into the Lion enclosure. This cop was just doing his job, from all accounts she was drunk and belligerent. I am a big believer in respecting power, this is the nature of the world. I actually think he went easy on her, but he did teach her a lesson, even though it cost him his job. He was a policeman, if he really wanted to hurt her he could have, this was a lovetap to teach a lesson.
