yeah anabolchao, the amounts of calories i can get away with without getting fatter are incredible to myself,even.

but to lose fat, oh brother, theres simple truth to this, towardss the end, 6% or bit lower, one will be eating nothing much but chicken breast all day.

i mean kevin levrone said so, this is the reason why he dont compete no more the dieting he found hardest.he said so himself.

of can get to 8% with carbs,b ut takes longer.

arce says 10i00-1500, i agree,thats the fastest way.even a fasting day when on steroids, no problem.

and yeah ok,ill admitr hghg helps with fatloss, and efedine and t3 even moreso, but were talking about maybe 500calories a day edge if on all of them.efe helps bc kills apetite entiurely.

maintenance level can NEVER bee esy etablished in numbers, you dont have same activities every day,lol.

you need go 1000 under maintenanc or so.500 i find too little.500 is ok for cswol level obesity at the start of diet.

hunger, thats the judging tool.hunger.when hunger, you burn fat.otherwise, you do not.
because a healthy body wants a comfortable equilibrium

therefor when you eat more your metabolism speeds up somewhat

and when you diet it slows down

also your body's inclination for equilibrium will determine appetite. after you stuff yourself you will find yourself eating very little after a while without realizing it. for dieting it works the same way but opposite


obesity is another story, these fats we see on tv they do not eat anything like your biggest cheat meal

Man you guys eat a lot of food!!! I'm always at around 1,800-2,500 at the very most. Unless I'm pounding booze. And I do cardio at 6am and weights at night 6 days a week.

Big Ach,

Try this. Limit yourself to 25 grams of carbs per meal (5/6 per day no snacks in between).

Aside from that eat what you want (which is going to be protein based foods obviously as we'll as fibrous vegetables).

Don't worry about fat or calories. Go to town on whole eggs and even rotisserie chicken with the skin on but be strict about those carbs and hidden carbs like ketchup.

5000 calories of chicken? Don't be ridiculous.

Lets say he ate 6 eggs for breakfast and had a quarter chicken at each of the next four meals as well as a low carb tortilla at each meal too. Add in salads etc.

This would be about 2100 calories, 190 grams protein, 80 grams of fat and about 140 grams of carbs.

He would lose tons of fat doing this.

Here is what I'm thinking of doing....

Based on my weight (235), BF% (19%), age (3), and training 5 days per week for 2 to 2.5 hours, my TDEE is 3274 Calories per Day


15% of that is = 491 Calories

3274 - 491 = 2782 Calories


So I'll start with 2800 calories, keep my cardio as is for 5 days a week before my work outs.

I'll do 1 g of protein per pound of body weight, and the rest of the calories will come from carbs and what very little fats I have from Omega 3's and eggs.


I think logically this is a good starting point.  I'll do my best to stay disciplined, gonna keep the subway sandwiches in on the days I have to go onto campus, other days I'll just do grilled chicken breasts and rice/rice cakes at home.  I'm gonna limit my low fat ice cream to just 1 cone a day, instead of two  ;D ....  and I'll be counting ALL my calories even whats coming from greens like broccoli.

So going over it on my spreadsheet I'm looking at:

2816 calories
235 g protein (on the dot lol)
343 g carbs
56 g fats

I've done the low carb thing in the past - thats how I've always gotten ready for shows!  I'm done with that.  With ridiculously high protein!


There's no reason now for my protein to be higher than 1 g per pound of bodyweight.  I need to fill up my calories with other things, don't I?  Thats what I've been doing now and I've never been stronger in the gym while maintaining my bf level.

The weight loss will come from the caloric restriction!
