What ever happened to him? I know someone said that he didnt have the backing (endorsement) and couldn't compete.

pretty impressive but i thought he was going to seated press them. those are inclines, still impressive though.

I think there is a vid of Flex Wheeler interviewing Lionel, and he is sticking his finger in that odd Chest crevice of Lionel's.

too many guys with big arms get a pass.... wayyyyyy to often..
that aside hes a fairly strong guy, trains hard and heavy

yep, Big Omar...he could never really hit his conditioning. Had a great shape, and good height. Reminded me of Cormier, in which it looked like he could continue to pack on muscle, and not really ruin his lines.
I always thought that him and Aaron Maddron would do well in the pros...it took Omar longer to get his card than Aaron, though.
