Does anyone have any experience with these?

Your theories/suggestions on cause and/or relief?

I know someone who gets cluster headaches and the only thing that helps him is complete darkness and sometimes Imitrex.

I've been reading a lot on this but don't think I read 2 of your links up until now.  Thanks Monty.
As one of your sites suggested, I started a diary and plan to get some melatonin plus will talk to the doc.

Thanks Princess...that sounds good for a migraine but these are so fast.....over in a second or two thank God.  I can't imagine some people's last 10 full seconds at a time. :-\

Well I learned that the brain itself cannot feel pain so headaches are attributed to nerve and or muscle spasms. Massage helps me. The very rare migraines I get are very well treated with a little mary jane. I'm totally serious. My neighbor is the old guy who is a pot head and if I feel a migraine coming on I'll go over and he'll give me a choice of edibles. My favorite is a little watermelon gummy thing. 1/2 of one of those and I'm good.
