looks good ach, how did you prepare the chicken and rice?  chicken looks baked, im guessing.  what about broccoli, is it steamed?  if so, did you steam it on the microwave, or stove?

is the rice flavored at all?  did you use a cooker, or what?  do you cook in batches and reheat, or do you just make one meal at a time, on the spot?

LOL!!! I was about to ask if that was uncle bens... that instant rice is incredible, and has a very distinct texture.  Way too expensive for me tho... it's like 3 bucks for two servings!

Diet soda is very unhealthy for you, similar to heme iron.

I disagree. What is unhealthy about diet soda if your body can handle the sweetener, which mine can fine.

Aspartame is derived from dairy- how is Aspartame bad for you?

Aspartame has been around since 1965. That's 47 years. There is zero research, zero, that indicates that Aspartame is in any way dangerous for human consumption.

Denatured protein, rice, and brocolli of peace.

Ach, I would like an explanation from your wife as to why a hot stove has not been slayed over all day to provide you with the exact homecooked macronutrients you need!

Yeah its out of control.  I try to keep drinking a ton of water to compensate for that.

The Uncle Ben's Wild Rice packets are good as all get out, until you look at the sodium content.

Dude... Aspartame was a failed insecticide. That's why it is sweet to attract and KILL insects. But it didn't work so now it's in our food. Look it up its actually true not some bs ct.

There is zero valid research that aspartame will hurt you. I've never had a problem with it. Although the only time I've ever had it is in certain gums and diet pop.

The studies were done using rats, and the amounts used were ridiculous and over long periods of time, and in no real way applicable to humans. Drink your pop and relax.    :)

I don't aspire to his physique. While that may be inspirational nonetheless, I think I'll find a more suitable "inspirational figure". Like Nicole Wilkins.
