well and worse still... i get it. i mean, the market is FLOODED with kids with degrees in everything now, so businesses can afford to start putting up roadblocks and restrictions that 95% of them can't match. if there ARE kids whose arrangement is such that they can work for you for two years for FREE for "experience"... of course they'd take advantage of that. why WOULDN'T a company want to take someone on board as unpaid labor, and then upon graduation comes out knowing the actual INDUSTRY rather than just classroom work? if that's available, no shit they'll do it.
