I had shoulder surgery in Feb....all that stuff is par for the course.

My bad, it's only a commonly used title in the Netherlands for medical doctors, pretty confusing.

I also had surgery for my shoulder.. Woke up with the same shit on.. It's normal..but hide foretell sake take a month off training and heal up.. As state above,raised blood pressure from training is not recommended..

I hope he gets a full recovery. But after me literally having shoulder surgery a few weeks ago, if you dont give your body adequate rest, then some shit will probably lead to complications with the post up recovery. What is he thinking.
