there are some delusional permabulkers in my gym who sometimes pull up their T-shirt/tank top and check their abs in the mirror with a displeased face probably thinking:
"I am not there yet but getting close.... yeah, not so bad, but I need some finishing touch..." - in reality, there is no sign of any abdominal muscle tissue but a thick layer of belly fat, and they should perfectly be aware of this without checking it.
