There is no excuse, i didnt see anyone at the arrivals gate with my name on it, steve must of parked his car and stayed in there.

Umm...unless you haven't flown in almost 12+ yrs, NO ONE will ever be at your arrival gate unless they have a ticket for a flight. You don't hold a boarding pass, you don't get past security.

Exactly what I was thinking..

The only possible spot that Arce could have been waiting for him was by the exits or the cab pickup spots..

Due to heightened security, there is no way to get passed the basic ticket counters and local eateries at the airport.

I parked and waited in the parking garage. Figured he would answer his phone and or text, and or text and or call me. I got up at 05am and got to the parking of LAX before 07am. My phone on the entire time. This was NOT my fault.

I was not allowed to stay in the parking lane. The cops kept telling me to move. So either drive around in circles around LAX or park in the garage. So I did. I waited and waited and waited hoping he would call and or text at least one time what else was I supposed to do? I gave my word to him that I would be at LAX at 07am just like he asked me to.
