You've been to Australia.  What was your experience like when it came to aussies and did they like you and go out of their way to make your visit enjoyable?  

Yes great people I liked their accents but they wanted to hear me talk as well, the Abo's were a bit disturbing but as understood the first people there. Sydney Opera house was outstanding. I farted once on a boat ride over from Manly to Sydney but stayed quiet head straight and the smell surrounded the area I stayed calm.

A shuttle bus to the motel or a taxi or if you can cope with luggage then get a bus.  I have used all three options at various times.

If you come from overseas you will have fun here and can even get a job. The Aussies will invite you to BBQs and that sort of thing but they choose their friends carefully. Most males here have a close circle of mates they went to school or college with. The women here actually like guys with accents. Go figure. It isn't easy to befriend Aussie males if you are from another country.

The Yanks will have no clue that the Aussies don't really accept them or whatever it is you want to call it. I think it is related to how the Americans think their country is the biggest and best in the world. Therefore, the impression the Aussies get is that the Americans think they are superior to everyone else. That is what annoys the Australians.  The Aussies figure they live in the best country in the world. There you are.

Damn only thing when I got to Australia like a 24 hour flight with lay over in Airports half asleep. I get in in a taxi and they drive on the other side of the road than the USA I was freaking out thinking we were going to get hit head on in a accident.

I have been around high schools, universities, clubs and gyms here so have met literally many thousands of people. I tell it like it is. Just my opinion. If people don't agree that is okay, too. Australia is becoming a melting pot, anyway, so perhaps the old ways will eventually pass. Yes, people from Southern Europe and the Middle East are no longer called ethnic or wogs. However, it was but a few short years ago that there was a culture war between Lebanese lads and Aussie heroes defending the country. That took place in Sydney at Cronulla Beach. So don't crap on about how the Aussies accept other people. I won't mention how they feel about Muslims.

The way some of the Aussies posters here respond to me exactly proves my point.

I lived in Perth for about 8 months and had plenty of Aussie male friends. The Irish get on pretty well with the Aussies for the most part although I hear in parts of Sydney the Irish are wreaking havoc at times.
Australia is a great, great country and the women were hot as hell and the easiest to get into bed I ever encountered.

I loved Australia. I loved the cities and the bush. Talking about bush, the women are very receptive to a guy that is courteous and doesn't smack them around. It's quite a macho culture centred around drinking and sports. I found almost all Aussies to be straight shooters and many were incredibly helpful and friendly. Of course, these are huge generalisations but definitely some truth in it.

There is zero integration between Abo's and whites that I saw.
