I saw this one at 24 hr fitness, she was working with 3 wheels, ass to grass, then leg press, then lunges, then glute/leg raise machine---and she was working it like she was going to break it. Sick thick thighs, and an ass that was Heaven sent.
The American women, they all look like the women posted. Skinny, straight up and down bodies.
That chick is doing wide leg squats. And I think "hardcore" is the mentality, not the workout. And a ton of cardio.
