300 with one arm
at my house i have a barbell about 170 or so i can military that a few times withouht cheating i have to clean the weight up first since i dont have a rack . but yeah thats not much weight a good 5 clean reps or less . just started training that lift because im pathetic weak with the range of motion
anyways
on dumbell row i can easily rep 180 pound dumbell about 5-6 reps good form
that almost seems weight off that my two arms pushing is equal to one arm pulling, actually one arm pulling is a bit stronger by a few reps
