above posters are right. at this point when i have hunger pangs or just want to eat something i tend to reach for a handful of almonds or an apple (and yes, gala apples are the shit). Once a week I'll eat "poorly", but that just means a basket of wings and some fries with a couple beers. i'm at a point where things like pizza literally don't appeal to me.
meal 1: protein powder in almond milk, banana, cup of coffee.
meal 2: bigass stir fry (if i make it) or salad (if i'm out of the house) with grilled chicken, onions, jalapenos, brown rice.

meal 3: either and omelet with oatmeal or a pair of sandwiches with flax flats with OJ, and a handful of M&Ms.
meal 4: half container of whole milk plain greek yogurt with a banana and a half cup of walnuts mixed in, plus cinnamon.
apples are strewn throughout the day wherever i feel like it.
