You have to hike up Mt. McKinley in Alaska...but you have to get to Alaska by Swimming 150 miles in the Pacific first with your ruck on.
Then you have to take a salmon from a feeding grizzly bear's mouth and run as fast as you can. ...
It's just a bunch of made up bullshit for people who have lame lives and think that destroying your body actually means something.
