I don't usually pay attention to comedians on political issues, but I have to admit that was pretty funny.   :)

You can kind of understand the reasoning behind the IRS focusing on conservative groups. Conservative groups are backed by wealthy individual and corporate donations to a greater degree than the left and if you want money that's where you go.  You aren't going to squeeze much money out of a left wing tree hugger group.
