Are you kidding? What two dollar surgeon did that plastic surgery to Mickey's face? I've seen his face when he was boxing and it looked normal. Sly is a known growth hormone user judging from what was found in his luggage at that airport. Mickey looks juiced up for that wrestler movie so it's not a big jump to believe he could be a growth hormone user too. With time it definitely ruins your facial features.

Was nothing to do with boxing, he was having surgeries way before he made the jump to boxing.Off the top of my head he has had chin implants, cheek implants, nose jobs, eye lifts, brow lifts and lip fillers.

As soon he get some credits of his movie work, piss fill his head and he start to think that he can do anything, so he became a pro boxer. Very very bad pro boxer. Then drunk with beat up face, looking like he has fell in the mine field, face first. After decade of drinking and drugs, some one pick him up from the gutter and give him some parts in the movies, so no he has new start, but very fucking old face. Maybe it has something to do with the fact, that he is 61 years old?

that was BS, he was already showing signs of aging before he started boxing, and already having surgery.His first official film back after boxing was Bullet, where he had a chin implant and cheek implants (see below), neither of which looked bad before.He had them removed a while after.
