Of course you should adjust it to your bodyweight.
I am 180 lbs and used 225.
How much do you weigh and I will adjust it to equal that in proportion.
i weigh between 200 and 205 now, at 6'3"... i did 225 10x10 with 1 minute rests fairly recently.
back when i did this sort of thing routinely, though, with the front squats, i was probably more like 220.
