What do I get out of it?
I train for myself anyways so it doesn`t matter to me what anyone thinks I can or can`t do. Pretty pathetic though if you think its impossible to do 1.25 times your bodyweight on Squats for 100 reps in under 30 minutes. I did it in 85 degree weather even.
