Ok, workout for today.  Kind of sore from the past two days of workouts/challenges but I am going to do this anyways.  Day off tomorrow I think-we will see about that.

Anyways:

Chest and Triceps
Chest
Challenge 3: Body weight (180 lbs) for 100 reps in 12 minutes or less Bench Press

Dips-5 sets with added weight. 5th set is done without weight.
DB Flyes-5 sets

Triceps
Close Grip Bench Press-5 sets
V Bar Cable Pressdowns-5 sets
100 Close grip Pushups


And thats it.

The bench press is going to be difficult I think for me but we will see.  It may not be as I have no way of knowing until I do it.

Allright Bros.  Completed the workout, but failed the Challenge.

I also decided to change the 100 close grip pushups at the end to Regular pushups to 100 because my tris were burning.


Here is what happened.  At the 12 minute mark I was at 50 reps.  I decided to reset the clock and get to 100.  At the 24 minute mark I was at 90 reps and finished 100 at around 27 minutes.


I have A LOT of work to do if I want to complete my own challenge of 12 minutes, 100 reps of body weight bench press.  It was a great workout nonetheless.

A ton.  Probably 3 gallons or so.  I drink a half gallon just during training alone and a half gallon right when I wake up.  Then I refill my half gallon container a few times in addition to all of that.  Its a lot of water.  I pee outside because I`d waste so much water if I flushed it all.

I tried the barbarians requirements (2013 version) a couple of months ago, and what you don't account for is the muscle ups zapping so much 'explosive' energy.

Also after the dips, your tri's are pretty burned which makes the 55 push ups extra difficult.

Without the 6 minutes time limit, it would be more acheiveable because the extra rest from muscle ups would help the pull ups, and resting from dips would make the push ups a breeze.

I use to do this all the time but never could get under the 10 minutes. Had one in the 11 and a half minute mark at my best.

Usually start at 15 reps for 2 sets then 10 reps for 2 sets the 8 reps for 2 then 6 for 2 sets then the rest 3 or 4 at a time. It's fucken hard bro

Anybody do 100's? Find a weight you think you can do a 100 reps for or as close as you can get! That is for 1 set! Do 1 set for each exercise that you normally would so for your workout, till you do the whole body! Do it once every few months or so! The burn is absolutely insane!

I figured I might as workout today instead of a day off.  Legs and Biceps.  I will do a Bicep Challenge today instead of Legs as I just did one a few days ago.  Plus, today is my heavy day for Squats.


Challenge 4: Bicep Barbell Curls half of Body weight (90 lbs) for 200 reps in 15 minutes.  Form must be perfect, no swinging, no back movement, no hips thrusting-if the weight cannot be lifted without breaking form, take a rest.

Workout will be:

Squats:
4 Sets HEAVY-Rep Range- 5,5,5,2
Hamstring Leg Curls-5 sets
Leg extensions-5 sets of 20

Biceps:
Challenge 4 Bicep Barbell Curls half of Body weight (90 lbs) for 200 reps in 15 minutes.
Standing Preacher Curls-5 sets
Hammer Curls with Tricep Bar-5 sets

Dumbass challenge.  For anyone that trains in a traditional bodybuilding routine of 4-5 sets, 8 reps, sure this will seem real hard, but one month of preparing for it, doing higher and higher reps and sure enough you can prep your body for it.  You sound worst than those fucking crossfit cunts
