Sorry, but bodybuilding has the lock on the moniker of a phony sport with insecure douche bags.  I was down at the Northwest Regional Games this past weekend and want to know something?  There were more people there on a SUNDAY watching than there are at National level bodybuilding shows.  So, if the whole world thinks its a joke...what were they doing there?  Please answer that one. 

In addition, there were TONS of hot chicks (I am sure you would have enjoyed the guys) there and I didn't have to think twice if they were packing something between their legs that would put my trouser worm to shame.  There was no douchey talk about how their coach dropped their carbs below 40gm a day in order to "bring out more striations", no mention of someone placing higher because she was fucking a judge, etc.  Best of all I didn't have to sit there and watch bloated guys stand their and flex while some fat sweaty guy next to me tells his buddy how he can't wait to order so-and-so's posing trunks.

Yeah...CF sure isn't going anywhere and people hate it.   ::)

Yes, I want to tell you all that these top 10 "athletes", lol, are retarded.  They should be mocked vigorously and their training methods should be widely discredited.  Oh wait, they already have been mocked and discredited.  My bad, I guess this post is redundant.

In other news, I just did 500 pushups in a row without stopping.  The range of motion was about three inches.  All I need now is someone to videotape me doing it so I can win a medal.  I'm hardcore, intense and much tougher than people that exercise in a traditional manner.  I think I'm going to print up a bunch of t-shirts, posters and bumper stickers with obnoxious, self-serving slogans on them.  I'm an athlete.  Self esteem, yay!!!


hate to tell you this but you couldn't touch the top 100 guys at the crossfit games.  ALL of them are very good oly lifters.  ALL of them are very good powerlifters.  ALL of them can absolutely destroy you in a legitimate pushup contest.  now here's where you post clips of the best powerlifters and oly lifters EVER and show me that the crossfit guys aren't as good as them so they suck.  LOL. 

no they're not THE BEST powerlifters and oly lifters.  but they're all damn strong.  and i'd be willing to bet that you couldn't squat, bench, deadlift, power clean or snatch as much as any of them.

I would say many top crossfitters are TOO big and muscular for crossfit. The average must be 5'10 and 200 pounds. You don't have to be 200 pounds ripped to deadlift and squat 500 and bench 300 (what these guys can do). Maybe they are all bloated from PEDs, I don't know. But it doesn't make sense in a sport where extra bodyweight slows you down in almost all events.
