no no no.  Pray 4 said that the top crossfitters in the world had "retarded" training methodologies and that he would do very well at the crossfit games.  so he compared himself to those guys.  not me.  i just simply said that he wouldn't be able to hang with the top 100.  he thinks i'm wrong.  i'm not. i haven't seen any videos of him training so maybe he would easily crack the top 100 in the crossfit games.  i mean he did post it on an internet board.  so it must be true.
