heres my take on it. many have done little fat, many have done high fat, high carbs low carbs ect
so you want to have a "good" or better appetite because....why?
im guessing to gain more muscle, or you want to be HUNGRIER right? well we know the way to be hungry is either more activity or dieting thats the only way you are really going to be naturally hungrier
you could unaturally without hunger -go an forcefeed yourself, ive done this in the past
