No screaming or shouting, no police in sight. The general public just wandering by, a man laying hacked to pieces in the street with his killers just "hanging out" The killer, still with bloodied kinves in hand, people passing by him seemingly with no fear for their own safety.

People in power simply don't want to face reality - just ignore away anything unpleasant linked to their actions... quite surreal if you imagine that these folks are ought to run things.
