Strong mofo but I was never fan of his training style ( at least later on in his career). Too low frequency. Obviously worked for him tho.

There is no arguing the fact that he's one of powerlifting's all-time greatest. Some of his accomplishments defy belief.

Just a super hard working guy who happens to also possess awesome strength genetics.

Squat - 961 lbs
Bench - 584 lbs
Deadlift - 901 lbs

Just heard the Fortess interview with Ed from Iron Radio yesterday (good job Iron Radio team), glad to hear he is doing well, training fairly heavy (for him) and looking to make improvements.
