Golds Venice personal trainers who tie up a fucking whole side of the gym with nice enough but a herd of out of shape housewives that "claim" the fucking circuit they set up n bitch if u try to use something that those slow bitches use every five minutes in their "rotations". Power racks included gdammit!

the gym has three rooms bro......quit bitching.......they have every piece of equipment known to man.

they have a full db rack in the first room and another full rack in the third room.

you shouldn't have to complain about much......many options at that gym. best gym i have ever trained in.

btw I totally agree. Best gym ever. Trained there since the 80s so I've seen it over the years too.

All I was bitching about was, and u even mention it, it does have awesome equipment, and id like to use it or at least work in. the jungle gyms which yeah I know its cable work but cable work has its place too. Well they have like four of the five stations all set up and there's one trainer and three or four women at a time and the station will go unused for a good five minutes each in between their rotations. U go to take a handle of a cable and its, oh hey we're still working there. I myself wouldn't have the balls to "claim" five fn machines for twenty minutes at a time. If u train at Venice u have to know what I talking bout. Usually I don't bitch but I had a meeting to get to and had to workout fast today and I must have hit personal trainer soccer mom hour cuz they were everywhere.

Just inform them that that kind of equipment usage is not possible in a crowded gym.

Between 3-5 in the afternoon is a good time to be there, or after 8pm. Never have issues getting on equipment. The yard is almost always empty as well.

the why wouldn't I just work out in my own yard? Kinda defeats the purpose of joining the gym. A minor issue that usually never bothers me but I was in a bitchy mood yest. I still say that's a my gym etiquette to tie up those machines and they do it all the time w the power racks too

It's the gyms fault. They should pit a limit on how many people a trainer can have at once. Inthat scenario, 2-3. Max at a time.

no... the outside part of golds gym.. has plenty equipment under the tarp thing and its fine...basically...if you cant find an alternate movement...you need your own gym...

The trainer is probably a contractor. He won't want problems with management. He'll HAVE to agree that his troupe doesn't own the gym.

i still say that's dumb. R u saying u agree with tying up five machines while the trainees make their rounds? Keep in mind I am saying as each one goes thru their shit, and half the time it involves them doing squat lunges up n down the floor or some other ballet movements on balls in a different section of the gym. Not even in the area of the machines they have "claimed" at the time while the ring leader watches over the claimed machines. They r famous for tying up the jungle gym in the second room and the power racks ithe first.
But listen, I love people. I love golds diversity as well. I'm just saying its wrong and I wouldn't have the balls to "claim" equipment like that while others r working out too.
It's like I'll go to use a part of th jungle gym n ill hear, ahem, we're still working there. Then I'll see the Gdam thing sit unused for another five minutes. Tell me its never happened to u or u never noticed it. N normally I do quickly search out an alternative but I was in a bitchy mood yest. No big deal. But it's still not right.

I knew where u meant btw. I do certain things out in that area.

Anyway, not that important.
