The only thing that Zimmerman's lawyer is doing is throwing up "red herrings" and other distractions that just isn't going to work.  At this point, he needs to strike up a plea bargain to save his client from spending the rest of his life in prison.  There's no way any jury is going to find Poncho Villa innocent

When police are called to the scene of a fight and it's one persons word against another, and one person is not a scratch on him and the other person has a bloody nose & bleeding back of head then 99.9999% of the time the police will arrest the UNINJURED person since they the evidence indicates they dished out the beating. It does not matter who said who started it.

I honestly don't understand this post.  In this case, both parties were injured, one fatally so.  And Zimmerfool was taken into custody (if not arrested), right?  Also, in this case it's not one's word against another's; Luckily we also have the recording of the phone call to the police dispatcher, right?

it is believed he took a shortcut.  He had a straight path.  Trayvon was running thru the street, hence he had to take more of an "L" shaped path.  He hung up to make that trek.  Gun was in holster.

If Zimmerman had decided to stay in his car and let the cops handle it, we would not be talking about it.  Instead...he goes and chases the guy running AWAY with a 9mm like he's Dog the Bounty Hunter or some shit.

Everyone is prejudice.....its a natural human instinct to associate and be friends with people who look the same, talk the same, and act the same.   

However, it has no bearing on this case.....Zimmerman is a Mexican and not once did I ever even make race a factor in it.  I believe he chased and fought with Trayon because he wanted to play "police officer" and be seen as some sort of hero in the community and be respected.
