ok folks this is the one that you have been waiting for1) always front load your creatine2) train your arms every time you go to the gym3) dont bother training your legs4) keep pct handy for when you run out of creatine5) always take a shake to the gym if you miss the anabolic window you will die6) shadow boxing in the mirror between sets will make your peers look up to you7) make sure you take a bench up when texting between sets you need the rest

heres mine-fill up on fast carbs 30minutes before workout-drink sugary drink during workout for the power-after workout, the growth window, 50gramms protein with 100gramms sugar, and double that 1 hr later at home-set alarm clock in middle of the night for protein shake-dont overtrain, 1 set to failure, you grow outsid the gym,from eating, training is overrated,its all drugs-cardio not needed, the at any time flexed and flared lats when walking down the street are good enough.-leg training not needed, nobody sees them in 3 quarter shorts and you can pretend to be fashionable, and besides that walking the stairs anywhere is good enough.-chest must be done on monday-careful with the creatine usage, you dont want to get too big too fast, to avoid stretchmarks-order the big fries at mcdonalds, this is advice from resident big guy cswol who does bench 220lbs for 50 like its nothing.also, pull your legs up while benching , into the cswol position similiar to when a women gets ready to receive the cock.-eat big to get big, you are what you eat.dont eat chicken, chicken are small animals,and the term chicken breast did fall out of the blue sky.eat bananas, bc gorrilas do that too and theyre big.we share 99% dna with gorillas.-eat frequent meals or youll be catabolic-always stay around 15% bodyfat for well oiled joints and to be in permanent anabolic state.

Haha, yes I used to take that for my "pre-workout" nutrition but my gym asked me to stop so I wouldn't scare away the women and the effeminate male members with the resulting intensity of my training.
I was afraid to mention my secret weapon on this forum. I was kicked out of the gym the other day for destroying the roof. My warmup reps on bench press were so intense that the bar flew from my hands and up through the ceiling. Take this stuff sparingly and with caution.
Pre-workout energy supplements, and fatburners work. At one point, I lost about 60 pounds using the combo.
