looking like him in what wayh?e has different muscle shape,insertions,fullness,,structure u keep saying again its what u put on your 'structure'that determines ow its all going to shake out ,,and the reality is its the 'genes'luck of the draw that allows u to end up the your'boy'here...plus drugs/diet/ect,,,
we got the same tiny and narrow waist, and i've just started training my pecs better and more effectively so they are now coming in rather nicely
and speaking of the "fullness" that is coming in now as well, as i'm not starving on 1600 cals anymore
and you're right sev, i do need cals and i've been putting in roughly 3000-3200 cals per day, hence the quality gain of 10 plus pounds over the last 3 weeks
