Can you suck your stomach in so that there's to big concaves on both sides of your abs? That almost suck under the muscles...

Been focusing on stomach vacuums, I'm getting pretty good

I can do this, you are not talking about a vacuum right, you are talking about the sides going in as a vacuum while your abs stay out right?

I can only do it when I am shredded and have to place my hands on my knees for the abs to stay out. I know exactly what you mean.

i can sort of do a vacuum now that i'm shedding weight and starting to get some abs

Why are todays pro bodybuilders usually unable to do the vacumn pose? In the 60's, 70's, 80's, it was almost considered a mandatory pose and now you never see it?
